I liked the convenient location and the rooms were pretty clean.
I would have preferred to have some soap and shampoo in the rooms and the password for the internet never worked for my Ipad.
We like having a separate bedroom with a door that closes.
The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. However the bed in the single room was a torture rack and the family across the hall were very noisy. Sleep was impossible under those conditions. If the bed was more comfortable and the family was more considerate of others, the room would have been very nice.
The uncomfortable bed and the family living across the hall.
The location was good for the business we were taking care of.
The card/door lock did not work consistently. Had to get it reprogrammed four times, in the two days we were there. Wife is a polio survivor so stairs are difficult. In boo9king we did not know there were no elevators in the building.
Unclean room,no wifi connection, very noisy adjoining rooms
Staff and ownership very accommodating.
Location is a little inconvenient for getting downtown.
We had a family member at OHSU. The hotel was very close to the hospital, as well as, the Interstate for easy on and off. Even though we booked through you, when the manager found out that we had family at OHSU, he gave us the hospital rate. That really meant a lot to us that he would give us the discount.
Beds could be a little better
